Shaking It Up With Parkinson’s is an empowering podcast breaking the silence and stigma around life with Parkinson’s. Hosted by Maria Lewis, Chartered Physiotherapist and Co-founder of Reach Your Peak, and Vicky Rees-Davies, personal trainer, Parkinson’s advocate, and founder of The Fitness Mum, the podcast explores movement, mindset, motherhood, and much more — with honesty, humour, and a lot of heart.
