Where can I get Ostrova from?
You can get Ostrova from the Third Party Creatures Mall!

What do I need to use Ostrova/the Yeren Grendels?
You will need either Creatures 3, Docking Station or Creatures Gold/Internet Edition. If using C3, make sure you have the latest version (which you can get here).

Has Creature Labs tested this product?
They have tested the new terrarium, Ostrova!

How do I install Ostrova/Yerens?
Just download the software, and double click on the icon to install it. Now, load up either C3 or DS and inject Ostrova using the agent injector (The Creator machine in C3 and the injector in the Comms room of DS). The Yerens can be installed using the egg layer in either game.

I've found a match? How do I light the fire?
Simply move the match in front of the fire and click on the fireplace!

I saw plant life/animals in your screenshots, but they aren't in my game! Where are they?
There are some tubes around Ostrova... Try clicking on them - they may contain things!

My snowman broke!
He didn't break! You just knocked him over! Somtimes the snowman will look like he has collapsed, your Norns simply have to rebuild him by clicking on him!

Will the snowballs hurt my Norns?
No, but they will make your Norns feel a little cold!

How many different types of Norndolls are there in Ostrova?
The snowman can vend three different types! Can you collect them all? There will be an upgrade to the snowman soon to include some new toys!

There is a lot of food in my downstairs area? How can I get rid of it?
Some of the animals may like to be fed! One animal in particular needs food to develop into its next stage! Don't worry about the soup bowls - this animal gets so hungry, he'll even eat them!

There are a lot of toys in the upper area of Ostrova?
Maybe the weird green plant might want them! He loves 'em!

What is that weird egg in the water/How do I hatch it?
Who knows? We can't tell you everything!
